The Pressure Spray Granulator is specially designed for pesticide dry flowable (DF) solution , Spray granulator adopts hot air suspension with sprayer in dry indoor stream , the water evaporated into fine dried particles quickly. The concentration , drying ,granulation process can be completed within a few seconds . The wet slurry from sand mill firstly atomized to fog droplets , water will be evaporated after hot air evaporation , solid phase droplets in the dry particle aggregation . The spray granulation of the granule is a hollow porousness , so the wetting , disintegration in water is in good performance .
Compared to common equipment , our equipment has rather high granulating and recycling rate with no powder leakage . The high effciency and good working environment help much in large‑scale clean automatic pesticide production . Granules made by spray granulation are hollow porous with high suspension in water.
At present , this equipment has been widely applied in many agrochemical companies for DF production such as quinclorac , chlo rot halo nil , manco zeb , thia m et hox am , em am ect in , benzoate , benzyl phenyl , imidacloprid , emamect in benzoate etc .
1.Compared to the 60%‑70% discharge rate of the original equipment, the discharge rate has been increased to over 90%. This has reduced the amount of fine powder returned.
2.A specially designed return device sends the remaining fine powder (from the bottom of the cyclone separator and after the vibration sieve) directly to the heating furnace for secondary transport, saving six cycles of the recovery device.
3.By avoiding the energy consumption of secondary drying and appropriately increasing the particle diameter, the recyclable rate reaches over 98%, and the granulation rate exceeds 99%.
4.There is no powder leakage, creating a good working environment and meeting the requirements for clean production of pesticides.
5.A special nozzle design can produce the ideal product according to different materials and customer requirements; It can be adjusted for various formulations.
